Thoughts on the head of a pin

Who knew there would be people who think others might be interested in my ramblings and thus link to it. Now I'm gonna have a hard time updating the thing when I know people are reading it...

Trying some Thai food today. Supposedly they have mild as well of the spicy stuff so I should be able to eat something without my mouth bursting into flames
Also may get a chance to look around a Buddhist temple (the monks are the ones doing the food festival) so that will be cool.

The food was good, didn't make it into the temple though.
bran needs to start working this morning. it seems to absolutely refuse to however.

Making a dummy account for here I noticed that members were still seeing ads. They should now be off for anyone that isn't a guest.

Why I didn't make a dummy account before now I have no idea. Guess I just figured that if I couldn't see the ads then others couldn't either. Now I know that being Admin gives a bit more perks than just being able to change stuff on a whim

need to pay Blakus back for that video game he bought Z before i forget.
spose i best get dressed, im sure mom will be here to pick me up to work on that room soon.
and then dad wants me to go muzzle loading deer hunting with him this weekend... ugh.... hopefully he will kill one on the first morning so we can be done with it for the year.

Cats still hate each other. Smokey is getting a bit better about let me hold him, however.

In other news, today is laundry day. What fun.
Also need to do dishes and possibly the floors (depending on if the vacuum needs cleaning or not)

Are the cats really fighting or is it just some odd way that felines communicate with each other? At times like this I wish I was like Dr. Doolittle. Then I could actually talk to them and get things straightened out.

So much to do. Laundry is almost done but still have to clean my desk which is not an easy task.
Going through papers and miscellaneous things. Deciding what to toss, what to shred and what to keep.
And then finding a place to put all the keep stuff.

One good thing about it is that it keeps me active so I'm less likely to either sleep or eat from boredom

Figured out one thing, now need to figure out some other stuff.

God was that a headache. I think I have it all worked out, but who really knows.

Well, it's been up for a while. I'm liking it still so I think it may be a success. I'm really happy with the header, surprisingly. That was by far the easiest thing about it all....well second easiest. Making the background was easy too

laundry
dishes
vacuum
and if I still have time and energy work on some home office stuff, though that might be a sometime later in the week/all week long thing

laundry is done, all that I need to do is hang the boy's clothes up.
and there's a nice storm that's moved in, so my mood has improved some. feel a bit more energetic.
just hope there is a break in it when it's time for the boy to come home.

Day two of keeping my food journal. I'm able to see exactly where all my calories come from, and it's not good. Yesterday I was under my limit but today was over. The difference? Three slices of sugar butter toast.

If I had only had one I would have been fine (and honestly would have been just as happy) but fell victim to my emotions saying more is better. So now I know and will hopefully make a better decision next time.

At some point in time my blog was accessible to search engines, even though I thought I had stopped that. So latest entry got out there before I blocked it again and I've got a few visitors from what I can only guess are feed sites. Ya know, those that go out and find stuff for others to read. So didn't think my little talk to myself would be something that someone would think should be shared. So not comfortable with that idea and am glad to have search engines blocked once again on it.

Most conversations I have with people are fake because I know what I have to say they don't want to hear /sigh

Being sick sucks. It sucks even worse when nature decides that it is also a good time for flo to visit.
God I hope this cereal (without milk) helps ease my stomach...

Finally was able to get the last Saw movie and it was a good end of the series.
Was nice to finally see the reverse bear trap in action, but sad about who it happened to.

Loved the ending, felt very appropriate and liked the fact there wasn't as much breakneck rewind/flashback/reminder in this one (especially at the end).

Overall I was happy with it. Haven't watched the extras yet, will probably get to that tonight.

It's amazing when people don't realize that they are the ones making things worse.

Online world, you suck.
Drama can just get lost and never found again.

Totally insanely crazy day today. All online, of course. Because how often does my real life get crazy? Once or twice a year, if that?

And my emotions are going grr arrg on me, need to be careful of what I type. Though I have been told that I speak most honestly during these states...

God help me I'm getting the itch to change colors here again.
Do I really want to deal with the headache that is trying to change the look?
